Cover Girl Comparisons

It’s nearly time for the cycle finale of ANTM, and — oh my — it has been quite a cycle. Since we’re down to the final three, I thought I’d take a moment to compare these three to the other “final threes” that we’ve seen in the previous nine cycles of ANTM. Which previous CoverGirls have the most similarities to cycle 10’s? Some of these may seem obvious, where as others may be a bit more of a stretch… hear me out!

Amanda c3 – Joanie c6 – Melrose c7 – Anya c10

Amanda & Anya –
– Coincidentally… their names both begin and end in “A”s.
– Both LOVED their “ice princess” makeovers and were convinced that was what would give them the edge they needed to win.
– Both had FOUR top call-out photos at the time of the final three and had not been in the bottom two at all at that point.
– Both were fairly well-liked by most of the other girls in the house

Joanie & Anya –
– Both were given blonde makeovers
– Both of these girls also had FOUR top call-out photos at the time of the final three and had not been in the bottom two at all at that point
– Neither were favorites of Nigel’s
– Both were fairly well-liked by most of the girls in the house
– Both were highly commended on their photos and their ability to pose in front of the camera

Melrose & Anya –
– Both were given blonde makeovers
– Both won more challenges than either of the other final three girls in their cycle
– Both were very determined from the beginning and were consistent in producing good photos throughout
Elyse c1 – Kahlen c6 – Natasha c8 – Fatima c10

Elyse & Fatima –
– Both were criticized for being extremely small at one point during the competition
– Both were accused of being perfectionist know-it-alls
– Both had difficulties getting along with the other girls in their cycle and were accused by them of having negative personality traits

Kahlen & Fatima –
– Both admitted at one point that they had difficulty being “sexy”
– Both had THREE top call-out photos at the time of the final three
– Both experienced emotional outside issues that they had to deal with during the competition (Kahlen’s friend’s death & Fatima’s travel papers being lost)

Natasha & Fatima –
– Both were from foreign countries (Natasha from Russia & Fatima from Somolia)
– Both had THREE top call-out photos at the time of the final three
– Both had been in the bottom two very early on in their cycle
– Both showed great improvement over the course of their cycle

Adrianne c1 – Jade c6 – Jenah c9 – Whitney c10

Adrianne & Whitney –
– Both only had a single top call-out photo at the time of the final three
– Both had somewhat rough, stubborn personalities
– Both felt that they had something to prove by winning the competition
– If Whitney wins, they will both be “first” winners (Adrianne first ever & Whitney first plus-size)

Jade & Whitney –
– Both were criticized for seeming “fake”
– Both were somewhat underdogs, who had been in the bottom two quite a bit before the final three
– Both had stubborn personalities, and admitted that winning was more important than making friends

Jenah & Whitney –
– Both were given long, blonde weaves for their makeovers
– Both were criticized for their personalities
– Both had strong portfolios early on in the competition
– Both have strong personalities and are not afraid to speak their mind

  1. Antm10 you made a mistake instead of putting Kahlen and Fatima you put Elyse and Kahlen

  2. Brandon – Thanks for the heads-up! Corrected!

  3. Nice comparisons, there were some points that I had missed, actually! I just hope that this cycle’s CG shots will be as stunning as others proved to be.

I honestly don’t want another Cycle 4 CG film again. D:

You seem to have access to some of the older pictures, which I have the HARDREST trouble finding. I’ve been hunting for Joanie’s makeover shot for ages now, and pretty much nothing’s been coming up.
